We deliver all over the world. We offer free delivery for orders over €300. For small orders, the delivery costs are between €15 and €30 depending of the weight of the package. Delivery within 3 to 8 days for products in stock. For deliveries outside the EEC zone, customs fees and/or taxes may be applied on import. If the product is in stock and if the order was placed during the week, we ship the parcel within 24h to 48h. During the weekend, we dispatch the order on the following Monday. See more details

Or you send us an e-mail at hello@yuniyunan.com or a message through our contact form to request an order return by post. In order to ensure your return is well managed, please message us before sending back the package.

1. Contact us with your order or invoice number, please let us know which replacement item you would like to receive if you would like an exchange. For returns from France, we will send you a pre-paid Colissimo Return Label by email.

2. Make sure to carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect it against damages in transit. Please include the return request form or original invoice.

3. Print and stick the label on the package.

4.Hand over the package to the carrier.

Returns are reimbursed once the items have been received and approved. Plan at least ten (10) working days for your return to be processed before you received the reimbursement into your account. Please note that original taxes and duties are non-refundable. See more details
