We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return or an exchange up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. Returned items must be unused, with all original tags, accessories and instruction booklets attached. Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled or altered may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer. Personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs
Returns are free of charge for France. For the rest of the world, we currently don't cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit.
In order to ensure your return is well managed, please let us know about the return by email before you send it.
To start a return:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order or invoice number, please let us know which replacement item you would like to receive if you would like an exchange. For returns from France, we will send you a pre-paid Colissimo Return Label by email.
- Make sure to carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect it against damages in transit. Please include the return request form or original invoice.
- Print and stick the label on the package.
- Hand over the package to the carrier.
For returns in France, please note, this label is only valid for 7 days. If you don't send the parcel within the 7-day return period, the label will expire, and we will not be able to pay for it a second time: the return costs will then be at your expense. If you prefer to use a different carrier, you will need to cover the cost of the shipment and insurance.

You can specify which replacement article you would like to receive in the return request message, we will send you the new item after approval of the returned product, within 2 to 3 days after receipt of the package.
Returns are reimbursed once the items have been received and approved. Plan at least ten (10) days for your return to be processed before you received the reimbursement into your account. Please note that original taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
