Product availability
Available products on Yuni Yunan are considered as in stock. Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
If the visible product is not available when you visit the website you can choose to be informed by email when stock is available, by entering your email address in the field reserved for this purpose.
We retain the right to limit the number of orders of the same product per account.
Unless you would rather replace the original product with a similar one, your out-of-stock order can be cancelled simply by asking and you will be refunded into the account which was debited.
Shipping
Deliveries are sent to the address entered into the order form which must be located in a country where delivery is possible.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday. If the product is in stock, we ship the parcel within 24h to 48h after the order is placed. During the weekend, we dispatch the order the following Monday. Delivery within 3 to 8 working days.
- We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no-one has signed for receipt of your package
- You are responsible for a package once delivery has been received
- You should inspect the products within a reasonable time once you receive them, and it will be deemed that you accept the product unless you have informed us that you do not accept it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
However, if you decide to accept the merchandise, you should express your dissatisfaction in writing and filling-out an anomaly form in line with Post Office rules.
This form should be sent to us so we can open an enquiry and start the compensation process if required.
If you refuse the merchandise, in addition to the written complaint, you should ask the transporter to return the package to us, along with proof of refusal, which we recommend you keep a copy of.
If delivery is carried out by another transporter, whether you accept the delivery or not, for any open/damaged package, you should write the details of the issue on the delivery company docket and then email both the delivery company and us within 3 days of delivery.
Payment methods
Payments can be made by credit card or other payment methods:

Payments are taken using the Stripe secure system, which follows SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols, encrypting any data transferred with the help of specialized software so that no third party can obtain this information while it is being transferred over the network.
The buyer's account will be debited for the amount of the products ordered, once the order has been confirmed.
Return and exchange
Products purchased online at yuniyunan.com unused and in their original packaging, may be returned for reimbursement within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without having to provide a reason for return.
For all personalized products (initials placed on the bag, alterations to an element of the product...), once the client has given their approval, we will not accept refunds or exchanges.
Once this timeframe has passed your cooling off period expires. If the expiry date is at the weekend or public holiday it is carried over until the next working day.
In order to ensure your return is well managed, please let us know about the return by email before you send it.
The return process is as follows:
- Contact us at hello@yuniyunan.com with your order or invoice number. For returns from France, we will send you a pre-paid Colissimo Return Label by email
- Make sure to carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect it against damages in transit. Please include the return request form or original invoice
- Print and stick the Colissimo return label on the package
- Hand over the package to the carrier

Returns are reimbursed once the items have been received. Plan at least ten (10) days for your return to be processed before you received the reimbursement into your account. Security and Privacy
Data security and privacy is our key priority. All data you share is encrypted on the customer’s computer using SSL encryption technology before being sent to us.
In accordance with Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to personal data, amending Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 regarding information technology, data files and liberties (the French Data Protection Act), you have a right of access, modification, rectification and removal of your personal data. Guarantee
In accordance with articles L217-4 to L217-11 of the Consumer Code, the seller has obligations to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and to be liable for any lack of conformity existing during the delivery of the goods. These articles of law thus impose a guarantee of conformity on the seller. The compliance guarantee is free of charge. This is a legal and non-contractual obligation. The duration of the legal guarantee of conformity is therefore two years. This period begins from the date of taking possession of the property.
In this case, it is advisable to inform us in writing of the defects found, by e-mail to the following address: hello@yuniyunan.com or by post to the following address: Yuni Yunan, 8 impasse des trois soeurs, 75011 Paris and return the product(s) to us. If the lack of conformity is confirmed, we will exchange or repair the goods according to the cost it represents in accordance with Article L.211-9 of the Consumer Code.
In accordance with Article L.211-11 of the French Consumer Code, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item by providing proof of payment, after returning your item, where the non-conformity is confirmed.
You are recommended to hold on to your return receipts. If you do not enclose these, you will be refunded the standard postage rate for parcel dispatch.
The statutory conformity guarantee shall apply regardless of any commercial guarantees offered.
In accordance with Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, the seller is bound by the guarantee in relation to hidden defects that render the good sold unfit for its intended use, or which impairs such use to the extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have purchased it for a lower price, had he or she known of the faults.
The consumer must provide proof of a hidden defect, prior to the sale and preventing the use of the product.
The action resulting from the fundamental defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
Once the time limits for exercising the statutory conformity guarantee and hidden defect guarantee have lapsed, items shall be considered compliant and free from all visible or hidden faults. Yuni Yunan shall accept no claims after this time.
Yuni Yunan accepts no responsibility for the misuse and/or heavy use of items by the customer.
Furthermore, Yuni Yunan accepts no responsibility for returns of rival products, and/or items not sold on the website, by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct item is sent.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any purchase for any reason.
We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order that we have already accepted) in the following situations (among others), without being held responsible for any damages or expenses:
- The product is not available/in stock (all payments will be reimbursed);
- Bank details are incorrect or unverifiable;
- The order has been detected by our security systems as an unusual order or likely to be fraudulent;
- The product price (or products) was wrong;
- We were unable to deliver the parcel to the given address.
