We offer free delivery in France for all orders over €250 and for the rest of the World for all orders over €300. For small orders, shipping costs are about 10 euros for France, 15 euros for Europe and 30 euros for the rest of the world. For deliveries outside the EEC zone, customs fees and/or taxes may be applied on import. These costs are to be paid by the customer.

Deliveries are sent to the address entered into the order form which must be located in a country where the delivery is possible.

Delivery

  • We deliver from Monday to Friday. If the product is in stock, we ship the parcel within 24h to 48h after the order is placed. During the weekend, we dispatch the order the following Monday. Delivery within 3 to 8 working days
  • We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no-one has signed for receipt of your package
  • You are responsible for the package once delivery has been received
  • You should inspect the products within a reasonable time once you receive them, and it will be deemed that you accept the product unless you have informed us that you do not accept it within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product 

Damages and issues
If shipping is carried out by the French post (La Poste Colissimo) and the package is damaged upon arrival we recommend you to refuse it.

However, if you decide to accept the merchandise, you should express your dissatisfaction in writing and filling out an anomaly form in line with the Post Office rules.
This form should be sent to us so we can open an enquiry and start the compensation process if required.
If you refuse the merchandise, in addition to the written complain, you should ask the transporter to return the package to us, along with proof of refusal, which we recommend you keep a copy of.

If delivery is carried out by another transporter, whether you accept the delivery or not, for any open/damaged package, you should write the details of the issue on the delivery company docket and then email both the delivery company and us within 3 days of delivery.

Delays
La Poste Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In the event of a delay in delivery (more than 11 days for Colissimo), you must inform us via our contact form or by email at hello@yuniyunan.com.

We will transmit the information to the Post Office to initiate an investigation. This investigation may last up to 21 days from its opening. If during this period, the product is found, it will be redirected immediately to the Purchaser's home (in the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the Post Office will consider the parcel as lost. In this case, we will return a replacement product at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at that time, we will reimburse you for the amount of these products. 

We decline all responsibility for any extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strikes.
